We try wherever possible to use local suppliers and are dedicated to using fresh seasonal produce. There is a regular supply of pork, lamb and beef from our Rofford farm along with the odd bit of venison and these are often on our specials. Sandy and Black pigs, Poll Dorset lambs and Aberdeen Angus cows all graze within 5 miles of the hotel. depending on the season we are also lucky enough to be supplied with cherries, redcurrants, swiss chard and many other fantastic fruits and vegetables.
On the occasion that we cannot use Rofford farm we are dedicated to using the best suppliers providing the freshest and highest quality produce.
